Reaching Out to Families in Need
The Outreach Connection provides immediate crisis response for isolated families and those on our waiting list to enroll. Our Outreach program also provides:
- Individualized Case Coordination
- Parent Education and Support
- Home Visits
- Respite Child Care
- Community Resource Referral
- Child Safety Monitoring
- Child Developmental Assessment and Screenings
- Basic Needs Assistance
- Mobile Outreach Unit
The Outreach program is the first step in getting high-risk families through the doors of the Relief Nursery and on to happier, healthier parenting.
